Did they correct? In same meaning?
A: What are your plans for the afternoon?
B: What is your plan for the afternoon?
C: What are your plans in the afternoon?

A: What are your plans for the afternoon?
B: What is your plan for the afternoon?
C: What are your plans in the afternoon?
All three sentences are correct and possible, but A is probably a bit more likely to occur, then B, and finally C. “For the afternoon” is a more common collocation but “in the afternoon” is also possible but with a very slight difference in meaning.
