Could you please me why we use "started" in the following sentence and if we can use "starting" or "start" to replace "started"? What is the different in meaning if we can replace? It's 2 o'clock. Let's get started. Do you all have the meeting agenda?

You refer to the statement "Let's get started". and ask why we use started.
The reason is that this is considered a two-part verb, that are always seen together.
You could say- Let's start, using the bare infinitive, or Are we ready to start?
By using "get", we need the past participale form - started.
