Do you get an English term when the computer stop working and you need to restart it or switch it off and on again. If so, how do use this term?
e.g. My computer always XXX
My computer XXX just now.

i think the term "crashed" does not fit to describe what just happened to your computer. Majority of the people thinks its "broken" and can't be use anymore.

If you are referring to a computer freezing, you would use the verb 'crash'

Eg My computer always crashes.

If you are referring to the fact that your computer has become slow in responding. You would use the verb 'hang'

Eg My computer always hangs when using MS Office
