TOPIC: Plural or singular nouns after any ,no and some??

When should I use plural or singular nouns after any, no, and some.
e.g. -Do you have any problems or problem???
-Should you have any queries??????


Any standard rules/rule on the above issue??

If you use any or some with countable nouns, the nouns should be plural, i.e. you should add an 's'.
If the noun following any or some is uncountable, don't add an 's'.
Many native speakers nowadays break the first of these rules. so I would say, in speech you can chose whether to add an 's', but in writing you should follow the rule strictly.
