TOPIC: Download podcast

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to download the English podcast lessons to my mobile phone and MP3. Is it possible. Would appreciate it if you could provide the manual or procedures to me so i can follow.

Also, i want to view the past few months lessons. Where can i find them. Please advise.
