Hello

Sometimes when I try to login to your E-Platform I see a new page with the message "Invalid Token". Then I cannot login. How can I login if this happens?

Hello Sally

If you see 'Invalid Token,' you can do two things:

1) Return to the last page using your back button.

2) Click the page refresh button in your browser menu, then try to login again.

If this doesn't solve the problem:

1) Clear your browser cache.

2) Try to login again.
