When we would like to ask our receipent to "note" something, should we write "Please be noted that....." or "Please note that ..... "? What are the differences between them? Thank you.

We really don't have to explain any difference in this case because the phrase is never used in the passive form "Please be noted that..." Only the active phrase "Please note that..." is in usage.

The verb "note" is sometimes used in the passive form but only in a phrase like "It was noted that ....."
