I would like to know the difference between the two words " satisfied" and " pleased".
If I want to use these to describe someone performance, is the sentence "I am satisfied with his performance" better than " I am pleased with his performance ? or vice verse?

If you are satisfied with someone's performance, you think it is acceptable, reasonably, but nothing special. If you are pleased with someone's performance, you are happy with it , you are more than satisfied. It means that someone has performed well
