As far as I know, when pleasure is used as an uncounterble noun (feeling of being happy), we say 'it gives me great pleasure to ...' When 'pleasure' is unsed as a countable noun (a thing that gives happiness) like 'it has been a pleasure meeting you'

Can we say 'it gives me a great pleasure to share with you the news...'?

Yes, it's quite acceptable to use "pleasure" in this way, but it far more normal to omit the article and say "It gives me great pleasure..."
