The "less likely" in the following sentence is the meaning of "impossible". Am I right?
"You are less likely to express yourself well if you are angry."

In this sentence "likely " describes something that will probably happen or is expected, i.e. the act of expressing yourself well."Less likely " reduces the probability of this happening.
Here's another way of rephrasing the sentence:
"If you are angry, it is more probable that you will not express yourself well."
