Which is correct "conclusion" or "conclusions"?

It depends on the context of the sentence. In a report, for example, you may only have one single conclusion. In that case, you would use 'conslusion' as your sub-heading. Then if you make more that one conclusion, your sub-heading would be plural 'conclusions'.
