I would like to know the different between "subjected to" and "subject to".

You can say: Your acceptance is subject to your financial status.
So "subjected to" means conditional upon.
Subjected to has a completely different meaning.
e.g. He was subjected to abuse as a child.
In this case, subjected to mean suffered.
