hutchison Offline	I came across a letter received from a solicitor's firm. It did not mention the transaction date. Does the date mean the letter date? "The transaction of the sale and puchase of the above property from the abovenamed vendor to the abovenamed purchaser take place of the even date." Your advice is much appreciated.
