A: Can you give me advise?
B: Could you give me advise?
The meaning of these sentences is the same but using “Could” in a request like this makes the request more polite. “Can” is more direct and thus not quite as polite. Please note, however, that we would usually add the word “please” to both sentences, either after “you” or at the end, to make them acceptably polite.
Also please note that in both sentences “advise” an error because it is a verb. You need the noun “advice”, as in “Could you please give me some advice?”
