TOPIC: Indian Accents

Hi there

I love your e-magazine and I especially like the listening sections. In my work I have to deal with a lot of Indians, so I'd like to request that you use from time to time some indian accents. They are quite difficult to understand and I need more practice.

Thanks for posting your feedback to the forum. We really do appreciate comments from our subscribers.

In future issues we do plan to broaden the scope of the accents we use in our listening material. Up til now the accents have mostly been British and North American but we realise that people working in Asia are exposed to a number of regional accents. You should be hearing some Indian accents soon.

That's an interesting poll you've added. The results may be surprising. Let's see
