Could you please tell me which of the following two sentence is better?

1)You can print it and sign it.
2)You can print it out first, and then sign on you name.

Thanks

#1 is Okay.
#2 is almost okay, but "sign on you name" does not sound like English, so it should be revised to:
"You can print it (out first), and then sign it."
I just wonder if there isn't perhaps an error in both these sentence in the use of "can"
Depending on the context, I think in English we wouldn't very often use"can" in such a sentence, but would instead say:
"PLEASE print it (our first), and then sign it." (this is a direct command, appropriate to a subordinate), OR, if you're making the request to a CUSTOMER or to someone ABOVE you in the organization:
COULD YOU PLEASE print it (our first), and then sign it?" OR
"It needs your signature, so IF YOU WOULD, PLEASE print it and then sign it."

Version 'A' is also more clear and concise. When writing always write in a clear and concise way as this will minimize the possibility of miscommunication.
