Guest	I came across a letter receives from a solicitors's firm. It did not mention the transaction date. Does the date mean the letter date? "The transaction of the sale and puchase of the above property from the above nemaed vendor to the above nemed purchaser take place of the even date." Your advice is much appreciated.
