If someone owes or company money, is it good to write in the following way?
1.Our company chases him to pay his debt
2.Our comapny urges him to pay back our money
Is there any other better way to express this meaning?

#2 is definitely better, as we would not ordinarily use such a direct word as "chase" in this context. But I 'm wondering why you use simple present tense in your sentences, and thinking that probably you mean "is urging" or "has been urging", to indicate this action convers a period of time, perhaps continuous. Otherwise, perhaps it should be "will urge". What do you think?
Another way we might express your intended meaning is to use something a bit stronger than "urge", e.g.,
3. Our company is trying to get him to pay back our money. OR even
4. Our company is demanding that he pay back our money.
