Licensing Agreement
We
offer exclusive licensing
agreements to reputable ESL schools
and private companies that provide
business English training to corporate
clients.
If
your business fits our requirements
(),
we'd be pleased to offer you sell-on
rights within the country in which
you operate (with the exception of
Japan, China, India and some western
European countries). Exclusive agreements
can be on the basis of a fixed monthly
payment or commission only (see ).
Agents
can sell both to corporate clients
and to the general public.

Option
1 - Fixed Monthly Payment Agreement
|
For
a fixed monthly payment,
your company will have rights
to sell Workplace
English Training E-Magazine
to companies operating in
your country. You negotiate
annual subscription agreements
with your clients. Whatever
you sell you keep, minus
the fixed monthly payments.

Option
2 - Commission Only Agreement
|
To
start with, agents may prefer
to take a
commission on each corporate
contract. Typically this
is 60:40 in the agent's
favour. Agents may change
to fixed monthly payments
at any time. To continue
an exclusive agreement,
targets may need to be achieved
under this option. |

Payment
Terms
We
offer our agents flexible payment
terms for commission-only agreements.
Once you have signed a subscription
agreement with a client, we will release
a password and user ID for that company.
Commission payments should generally
be made within 90 days.
For
Fixed Monthly Payment Agreements,
payments need to be made within 30
days of each calendar month.
