How
can we purchase a corporate subscription?
After
you have received a proposal and
accepted the quotation, your agent
will send you a Usage Agreement
to sign. Once this is signed The
Language Key Ltd will activate
your username and password.
Can
we see a sample Usage Agreement?

How
do we renew our corporate subscription?
Your
subscription will be automatically
renewed at the lowest price available
at the time of renewal and your
company will be invoiced on a
yearly basis.
One month before the expiry of
your subscription you will be
reminded of this and you may cancel
the automatic renewal at that
time.
Can
we put the E-Magazine on our corporate
intranet site?
Yes.
Corporate subscribers can download
an offline version of the E-Magazine
(contains no external links or
flash). This version can be added
to your intranet site. The process
is simple but it is advised that
your company's IT specialist handles
it.
How
often do you update the E-Magazine?
The
subscribers' area is updated once
a month. Each new issue is published
on the first day of the month.
Are
there any limitations for our staff
when they log in?
Corporate
Subscribers have unlimited access
for ALL their staff to the subscribers'
area from both their office and
home computers.
We
have imposed some security measures
to prevent access to the subscribers'
area by users who do NOT work
for your company.
Can
our staff save an offline version
of the E-Magazine on their home
or work computer?
Yes.
Downloadable offline versions
of Workplace
English Training E-Magazine
are available for the current
issue ONLY. The offline version
has no external links or flash.
It loads very quickly.
How
can our staff download the offline
version of the current issue?
Employees
need to right click on the offline
version in the past issues archive
and save the executable html file
to their computer.
Then
double click the executable file.
The issue will open up in Internet
Explorer in the following directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local
Settings\Temp
Can
our staff download past issues of
the E-Magazine?

offline versions of the E-Magazine
are ONLY available for the current
issue and not past issues.
This is to prevent new subscribers
from being able to download all
past issues which would not be
fair to existing subscribers.
Any current subscriber can view
any of the issues online at any
time during their subscription
period.
How
can our staff print out the complete
E-Magazine?
Subscribers
need to click on the 'Printer
Friendly Version' on the menu
page of every issue. They can
save the PDF file to their computer.
To print out the file, they will
need Adobe Acrobat Reader (click
here for free download).
Can
our staff print out each section
of the E-Magazine?
Yes.
Downloadable PDF files are available
for the scripts/articles, lesson
notes and answer keys. In addition,
a single printer friendly version
of each issue is available for
download and printing. The complete
issue PDF version includes an
interactive menu for quick navigation.
What
is a podcast?
Our
podcasts are audio lessons in
mp3 format related to the business
listening content of each issue.
They include additional tuition
not included in the online issue
and provide additional examples
as well as speaking practice opportunities.
The mp3 files can be played on
a PC or downloaded to an MP3 Player.
Can
our staff download listening files
to an mp3 player?
The
podcast contains all the listening
files for each issue put together
into a single zip file which subscribers
can then easily download and transfer
to their mp3 player.

that allows you to search the
contents of the back issues archive
and E-Learning Library. You will
be able to specify which area
of business English you want to
study, including your level, and
E-Coursebuilder will prepare an
online course to suit your precise
