editor2The other day, one of our English teachers got into a taxi, and as she talked with the driver, she noticed that he had very good spoken English, better, in fact, than that of many of her students!

“Where did you learn your English?” she asked. “Oh,” he replied, “I never went to secondary school. I drive a taxi every day, but while I’m driving around, I listen to the English radio stations. And if an English-speaking passenger gets in, I try to talk to them. That’s how I learn my English!”
