Solution
The HR Tracking calculates the usage as follows: 1) Any surfing time spent on the public pages of the site before login will be added to the time spent after login provided that a user logs in. 2) A minimum 10 minutes online is allocated for every login. 3) The time a user spends on any html page will exactly match the time spent online. 4) Usage time spent on Flash exercises needs to be estimated. The system allocates an average of 30 minutes for each batch of Flash exercises. We have estimated that users spent between 15 and 45 minutes typically on a batch of exercises.
