Can I say "Our Macau Office make arrangements to check the equipment condition in the stock place."(an area which the stock temporary piled up (but not in godown)
Is the usage of "stock place" and "make arrangements" alright here?

You asked about whether you can say the following:
"Our Macau Office make arrangements to check the equipment condition in the stock place." (an area WHERE the stock IS temporary piled up (but not in THE godown).
You want to know specifically of the usage of "stock place" and "make arrangements" is okay here.
The expression "make arrangements" is correct, but you have to change the verb tense to match the sentence. Without more context. I cannot tell if this sentence should be past, present or future --- if it is present, be sure to make the verb agree in number with the subject ("our Macau Office") is singular").
I'm not too clear on your meaning in "stock place". Isis possible to say this, but not very precise. Perhaps you mean "the place where the stock is stored/kept" or "the stockroom"?

Remember to focus on your subject/verb agreement at the beginning of the sentence. It should read 'Our Macao office makes the arrangements...'
