Corporate Intranet Version

Clients who subscribe to our corporate subscription programme (option 2) may download and use our intranet version for the period of their subscription only. First download the file and then follow the set up instructions in the pps guide.

File Download

Click on the image link to download the file: WETE_Intranet.rar
Click 'Save' and select the folder on your PC to save the file to.
This is a large file: 3,183,241 KB (on disk). Check that the file is complete after download.

Note: The download should take between 2 and 4 hours for medium to fast internet connections. If your internet connection is slow, please contact us and we will mail the intranet version to you on DVD. This file is password protected. If you don't have a password, please contact us.

Setup Guide Download

Click on the image link to download the file: WETE_setup.pps
Click 'Save' and select the folder on your PC to save the file to.
File: xxxxx KB (on disk). Check that the file is complete after download.

Customizing the Index Page

The index.htm page of the intranet version has the following standard welcome text:

Workplace English Training E-Plafform is installed on the company's intranet server.

You can access the content by clicking on the link to the 'Learning Centre.' To access additional content only available online, click on 'Resources.' This will take you to the website of Workplace English Training E-Platform.

To post a question about learning English, click on 'Student Helpline.' This is also an external link so you will need to be connected to the Internet to access it.

Please make sure you have the correct software to use all areas of the E-Platform. Click on the 'Downloads' link to find out which software you need.
